I am unable to successfully join the site. What can I do?
Thank you for your interest in bionicturtle.com! If you are unable to register successfully, email Suzanne and she will be more than glad to register you manually. You will need to provide the username/email that you would like to use for registration. After Suzanne registers you manually, she will email you a confirmation and sign in information.
What can I do if I can not pay with my credit card or it is declined?
If you are unable to pay with your credit card or your credit card is declined via our credit card terminal, there are a few other options.
- Paypal: https://www.bionicturtle.com/products/purchase/
- Fill out the top portion of the form and then select “checkout with paypal” and submit the form by selecting “purchase and signup.” You will then be transferred to paypal to complete your purchase. Those of you are who not familiar with paypal you are able to use your credit card or bank account.
- Manual Purchase: If you are unable to purchase via our credit card terminal or paypal, you can provide your credit card information for a manual charge. After your charge is processed, you will then be issued access to the contents immediately. This is not preferred method due to having the share financial information, therefore please use this as a last resort.
- Wire Transfer: We can provide our bank information for a wire transfer if necessary. After the transaction is processed and confirmed, you will then be issued access to the content immediately.

Why was my password not encrypted when I was making payment?
The password field was submitted securely. Furthermore, we do not retain any of the credit card information on the website so if the password compromised the credit card information would not be.
