Hi David,

Thanks for the note. I am still trying to catch up with you on the Tutorial and exercises...thanks for the excellent notes and screencast...I have just only went through Quantitative Part B screen cast...haven’t try all the questions yet..was thinking of going through all Quant part first....

May I suggest that the notes be out before each section’s screen cast?
I personally find that it is very useful and more impactful to look at the notes and make important notes on it while going through your screen cast…

That’s just my feedback on it…

Once again, thanks David for the great notes and screen cast…

Thanks,
hui si

Hui si,

Thanks for feedback, truly appreciated. The reality in regard to the notes is simply: the schedule is as fast as I can get them out (to my satisfaction of course). In practice, it is typically not a concern b/c frankly most of my customers will not be tracking with me on the screencasts (they will be “behind” the screencast schedule, as you suggest). But that is appropriate to my plan frankly, because after the notes are published, I shift into heavy practice question writing mode and Q&A;here on the forum. I hope that makes sense, it is sincerely just about how i balance resources given that *everything* is freshly updated for 2008..thanks, David

Hi rocky420,

They are summaries or abstracts of the assigned readings (cliff notes, if you will) but based on the AIMs (the learning outcomes). Hopefully, you can see the blue titles are the AIMs - the notes are summarized responses to the AIMs (the orange titles are not AIMs but still deemed helpful). So, they are abstracts of the readings tied to the AIMs, please let me know if this does not clarify...David
