FAQ Before Exam Not Able to access the Forum Link for paid customer

I've reset your forum permissions so you should have no issues accessing the paid sections of the forum now. It looks like this happened because two of your orders were cancelled or didn't go through. When your third attempted order did go through, it did not set you as a paid forum member.

Can you please email me with additional information on any errors that you are getting when trying to access the paid sections of the forum. Your forum permissions are set properly so you shouldn't be having this issue. I will need to troubleshoot further, but I need more information on exactly what you are experiencing.
