We are available to answer any customer support questions or concerns regarding Bionic Turtle or your customer account via email. Nicole answers each and every email that is received, and they are generally answered within one hour of their receipt. During our busiest times (i.e. just before and after the exams), please allow 24 hours for a response to any non-urgent questions.
Our customer support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Any emails that are received outside of that time period will be answered the next business day.
